Eligibility
- Unused and in original condition — no wear or damage.
- All original packaging and certificates included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required.
Time Frames
- Within 7 days: refund to the original payment method or store credit.
- Days 8–14: store credit only.

Non-returnable items: final sale items, gift cards, and anything marked “non-returnable.” Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
How to Start a Return

- Package the piece securely with all packaging and certificates.
- Ship using the provided label, if applicable, or your preferred tracked carrier.
- We process your refund or store credit once inspected — typically 3–5 business days.
